Newlywed couples and young parents among 20 wedding guests killed in limo crash

Two newly married couples and two young parents were among the 20 people who died Saturday night in a horrible limousine accident in New York.

The family identified Erin McGowan (34) and her husband Shane McGowan (30) (pictured above) as two of the victims. They just got married in June.

Adam and Abby Jackson, four-year-old Archer parents and 16-month-old Abby were also killed

Axel Steenburg, 29, his wife Amy, who just married in September, was killed. Even Rich Steenburg, 34, died in the accident.

Even Matthew Coons, a US Army veteran, and his girlfriend, Savannah Devonne, died in the accident.

Eighteen of the victims were in the limousine and two were spectators. Everyone in the limo - including the driver - was killed. All 20 victims were adults.

The New York Police have stated that a 2001 Ford Excursion will not end at the junction of State Route 30 and State Route 30A at 1:15 pm on Saturday. He crossed the junction and reached the parking lot in the popular Apple Barrel County Store in Schoharie, where he met a parked 2015 Toyota Highlander who was uninhabited. Two nearby pedestrians were killed and killed.

The National Transportation Safety Council said it was the most deadly transport accident in the United States, as a crash in Buffalo killed 50 people in 2009.
