The Independent National Electoral Commission announced the Independent National Electoral Commission, Gboyega Oyetola APC, as the winner of the state election in Osun state, which was held on Thursday.
And Oyetola interviewed a total of 255,505 votes, after comparing the results of the election in seven constituencies in four local public units while Ademola Adeleke Democratic Party, PDP interviewed a total of 255,023 votes to end others.
At the end of another Satda poll, Odjelk registered the highest number of votes, Ouetola defeated by 353 votes, but the Independent Electoral Commission declared the election was completed and ordered re-election because the number of polls in units of seven polls was much higher than the margin won by Adeleke Oyetola. Following these additional votes on Thursday, Oyetola beat Adeleke and won a total margin of 482 votes.
In addition to leading the number of votes, the APC also won a total of 16 local government area against 11 won by PDP.
