Pregnant mother Krystil Kincaid was killed when boxing champ Marcos Forestal claimed to hit my minibus in California.
Förster, 28, is apparently no more than a decade behind the crash bars. But the sad man of Krystil, Zach Kincaid, defends tougher judgments. Zach said he was determined to see the amended law - although Krystil was in the 36th week of pregnancy, her unborn daughter Avalynn was not considered a person.
He said he was haunting the sound of his wife screaming before the accident after talking to her in the salon when the collision is being developed on 9th September.
