Cristiano Ronaldo's family break their silence over his rape allegations as they launch 'Justice for CR7' campaign

Cristiano Ronaldo's family broke the silence on rape allegations by showing their support to the social media player.

This comes after Kathryn Mayorga, a former model who became a teacher, accused the athlete of rape her in a package in Las Vegas in 2009.

Ronaldo's mother, Maria Dolores and sister Katia Aveiro have posted the two images of Cristiano on a cover of Superman with messages on Facebook and Instagram that promise to seek "justice".

Dolores wrote: "I want to see who has the courage to take this picture for a week in his profile and to form a chain for him ... for Portugal, for him, for us and for our legal community.

The image of Ronaldo has two hashtags in Portuguese. One translates as "# Ronaldo, we're with you to the end" and the other - # Justicacr7 - as "# Justice for CR7".

Katia wrote in her statement: "Christian support, it seems to be a trap, because there are things that are not significant.

Mother Sandra Isabel Tavares will post a photo on her Facebook page in response to a message from Pain announcing that she is kissing a Portuguese football shirt number seven.

He said, "Together we will be stronger and Ronaldo will feel this strength, yesterday, today and always with you".
