Man who "raped boy, 13, in his front yard" is allowed to walk free

A man accused of raping a boy in his garden has been allowed  to walk free

Moud Ul Hasan Nuri, 40, attacked the 13-year-old boy outside the Boys' House in Blacktown, Sydney on Friday and raped him. The couple would find the Grindr software and change the photos before the young people dropped out and responded to Nuri.

Nuri was irritated on Friday, September 28, sent to the boy's house and sexually assaulted at 6:45 clock in the garden.

Nuri, an application developer, has just finished the alleged rape when the boy's mother arrested him and called the police. The boy was taken to Westmead Children's Hospital for examination, and after child abuse and sexual abuse investigations, Nuri was arrested at home on Sunday and taken to the Riverstone Police Station to interrogate him.

He was charged with sexual assault without consent and initially refused patronage. But after hearing a citizen on Monday he had to free himself.

Nuri has to report to his police every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It is also forbidden to walk less than 500 meters from the boy's house and contact the victim or any witnesses and remove the passport.

It will be shown on December 13th in front of the local Blacktown Court.
